your understanding and acceptance of the following terms

Cv plus provides users with access to an Internet
based system of developing curriculum vitae, and supplies
employment related information intended to enhance the
employment prospects of job applicants. The purpose of
the service is

employment related information which would not otherwise
be affordably available to job applicants. |

| Modification Of These Terms

| Cv plus reserves the right to change
any of these terms and conditions including the charges
associated with the use of the cv plus web site.
You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms
and conditions. Your continued use of the cv plus
web site constitutes your agreement to all such terms,
conditions, and notices. |

| Charges |
|
| The charges for the services provided by cv plus are calculated
on the time taken to develop the individual products and
on the degree of difficulty involved in each case. Charges
for all the company's services are clearly shown on the
web site. Default is the United States Dollar if a system
currency is not selectable.
Unless otherwise noted, where an ongoing relationship
is to be maintained between cv plus and its clients, the
company reserves the right to negotiate a monthly fee,
which shall be payable monthly in advance. |

| In entering into a relationship with cv plus you may be
required to provide information about yourself. This information
will be used only to benefit you in providing you with
the service you require. In the unlikely event that cv plus
may be compelled by law to disclose information you accept
that such disclosure is outside the control of cv plus.
You agree that information
provided about yourself and your employment history
and your academic levels of attainment shall be true,
accurate, current and complete. You agree to promptly
update this information if the information provided
is or becomes untrue or incorrect.
You warrant that all information submitted in the course
of your relationship with cv plus is true and
accurate (including your credit card number and expiration
date), and you further agree to pay all fees you incur
plus all applicable taxes. Cv plus retains
the right to terminate any account where the information
provided is inaccurate or incorrect or there has been
a failure to make payment when due.
Should you provide information which for any reason
results in legal action being taken by any party in
regard to that information, cv plus will not under any circumstances
take responsibility for the accuracy of the information. |

| Severance |

| If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid
or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including,
but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability
limitations set forth herein, then the invalid or unenforceable
provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable
provision that most closely matches the intent of the
original provision and the remainder of the agreement
shall continue in effect. |

| Jurisdiction |
|
| Any proceeding, action, matter or dispute arising out
of or related to use of the cv plus site, these terms and
conditions, any act of cv plus or any other matter arising
out of or connected with the use of cv plus or services supplied
by cv plus shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of New Zealand Law with venue in Auckland, New Zealand
and you hereby irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand. |

| Disclaimer Of Warranties |

You agree that use of the cv plus service
is entirely at your own risk. The cv plus service
is provided "as is", without warranty of any
kind, either express or implied, including without limitation
any warranty for information, services, uninterrupted
access or products provided through or in connection
with the cv plus service. Specifically, cv
plus disclaims any and all warranties, including
without limitation: (1) any warranties concerning the
availability, accuracy or content of information, products
or services; and (2) any warranties of title or warranties
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This disclaimer of liability, including direct, indirect,
incidental, special or consequential, applies to any
damages or injury caused by any failure of performance,
error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay
in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication
line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access
to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach
of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or under

(or CV+) provides most of its services electronically
by email, on the specific order of its customers. Every
endeavor has been made to ensure that Customers fully
understand what they are buying, and that the service
is of the highest standard. It is recognised that despite
these efforts errors may occasionally occur which may
be related or unrelated to any action or omission by
the company or its officers. The directors have a policy
of correcting problems and / or negotiating fair and
equitable solutions (including partial or complete refunds
where appropriate) where a genuine case is made by the
customer. All such actions shall be at the sole discretion
of the Company, and the decision of the directors shall
be final. Additional payments will not be considered
in any circumstances.
